The group operates through two state-of-the-art WHO-GMP certified manufacturing plants — Shakumbhri Herbals Pvt. Ltd. in Khandwa, Madhya Pradesh and Innovatiq Naturals Pvt. Ltd. in Nalagarh, Himachal Pradesh — together forming a vertically integrated production ecosystem capable of serving B2B clients, private label brands, and its own consumer brand.
In 2020, the group launched Vedamaxx Nutrition as its flagship D2C (direct-to-consumer) brand, bringing premium Ayurvedic dietary supplements directly to Indian consumers. Vedamaxx has since grown to serve 50,000+ customers with 31+ SKUs.

With its dedicated R&D laboratory and experienced team of Ayurvedic pharmacists, the unit has developed over 500+ formulations across tablets, capsules, syrups, powders, oils, ointments, and herbal extracts. It serves 200+ third-party brand partners across India and exports to 20+ countries.
